Financial Information

Insurance

Our office accepts most dental insurance programs and we are happy to file those claims for you. If you are unsure whether we are provider for your insurance carrier, please contact your insurance company.

Payment Options

-We accept all major credit cards, cash, and personal checks as forms of payment.

-For those who pay with cash or check on the day of service, we offer a 5% discount.

-Care Credit is also available for those who qualify.
